We work hard to recover our clients’ money quickly and efficiently, giving people an opportunity to communicate and pay their debts in a reasonable manner. Should litigation and judgment enforcement be required, our company works with other firms to keep costs down to the consumer and has no potential conflicts of interest in the process, litigation, or recovery of judgments.

“We work for our client”. In all things we do, this is the paramount directive and instruction. It is our duty to educate and inform our clients so they have enough information to make sound decisions that benefit their businesses and our partnership. We endeavor to provide excellent service at the highest professional standards in our industry. We offer options in communications, assigning, reporting, and many other internal and external processes that will best suit our clients’ businesses.
Client satisfaction must be pursued regularly, with dedicated and well-trained client service personnel, internal compliance procedures focused on superior industry performance standards, and the overall Professional Practices Management System dedicated to comprehensive client service.
If we are not servicing our clients to our maximum capability, we are not performing to our expectations and standards. We may not always collect significant dollars for our clients, but they will always know what we are doing and how we are performing.
We treat our clients’ customers, patients, consumers, or debtors with individual respect that all people inherently deserve. Debt collection is a tough business, and we strive to do our job in a professional manner without taking anyone’s dignity or putting them down. Everyone is given an opportunity to pay their bills in a reasonable manner, and we are here to provide consequences for failure to follow through on promises or pay as required. We are here to help consumers pay their just and owing debts.

Our “Account Ownership” model allows collectors to get familiar with people and family circumstances, working toward full resolution in a timely manner. Should consumers choose to ignore their debts and have the ability to pay, we will pursue reasonable, cost-effective means for recovery and collection.
