RVBS Account Managers work within the payment protocols given by our clients. In many cases, we are asked to “Do the best you can” with consumers in their circumstances.
We set up payment plans on three month, six month, or ongoing payment plans via ACH drafts on checking or savings accounts or through a coupon payment system. Payment plans are tracked each week with phone calls and late notices generated to keep people on their plan, giving 60 days to keep plans current.
The RVBS Difference; payment waiting time DOES NOT RESTART when a person misses, then pays again. Many people will take advantage of technology that has to restart the payment plan and late noticing after receiving a payment. Ours does what most cannot do, and that is to keep people on schedule no matter how long their plan is or when they last missed a payment.
All RVBS agreements are custom-built for our client, following their A/R goals and options. If a consumer is in default, the account is referred back to our client for the decision to turn to collections, adjust to charity, or take other action. RVBS fits best for firms who need expertise in their billing department and are short-handed, or those with blocks of receivables that need someone to work them until completion (after the sale of a business, merger, system conversion, etc.) RVBS works on a contingent basis, determined by the volume, number, type, and liquidation structure for the accounts.
